Director-led, and fussy about method

Almost every exterior cleaning complaint comes down to one mistake: too much pressure on the wrong surface. Blown pointing, furred timber, stripped render, tiles with the glaze taken clean off. It looks fine on the day and terrible a year later.

We work the other way round. We identify the substrate first, then choose between rotary surface cleaning, a hand lance, or a pure soft wash with a biocide that does the work chemically over the following weeks.

Treatments are assessed and correctly diluted for the surface in front of us. Planting is sheeted, run-off is controlled, and water use is kept sensible.

Every job is photographed before, during and after. You receive the set by email whether the transformation is dramatic or quietly subtle.
